Product Ratings

When rating a product, ensure that your feedback is based on your personal experience and reflects your own opinion. Ratings should be objective and focus on the product’s features, performance, or quality. Any issues with delivery or product defects should be addressed through our customer service, not in product reviews.

Questions and Answers

Questions should relate directly to the product itself. For inquiries regarding orders, delivery times, or pricing, please contact our customer service team.

When Do We Delete Posts or Block Profiles?

We may delete posts that violate our guidelines. In some cases, a Community profile may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked from participating in discussions if these rules are violated.

Community Content

Product Ratings
Any registered user can rate products. When submitting a review, you confirm that it is based on your own experience. Reviews from verified customers (those who have purchased the product) are marked as such. The overall star rating of a product is based on the average of all reviews.

Questions and Answers
Have a question or an answer to share? Join the conversation! If the Community doesn't provide an answer quickly enough, our customer service team will step in. Once your question is answered to your satisfaction, you can accept the response, marking it as solved.

Forum and Magazine Threads
You can engage with other members in the forums or participate in discussions under editorial articles. Our editorial team, comprising professionals from various fields, is responsible for researching and writing the content you see.

Notifications
Community notifications are activated by default in Switzerland, allowing users to engage promptly in discussions. In other countries, notifications are only activated if you opt in during registration. You can adjust notification settings at any time via your customer account.

Your Community Profile
Your profile displays all your publicly shared activities and interactions. Stay active and you might win prizes like concert tickets, event passes, and vouchers! We’ll notify you by email if you win.

Live Feed

Our live feed provides updates about our online store in near real-time, such as when an order is placed, a product is rated, or a user views a product. These updates are anonymized, but your Community name will appear when you rate a product or engage in discussions. You can choose to remain anonymous by changing your settings in your account, in which case your name will appear as "Anonymous" in the live feed.

Translations

We use the DeepL machine translation service to translate content, so that all visitors can read helpful product reviews and articles in their preferred language, regardless of whether the comment was originally written in German, English, French, or another language.

Accuracy of Information, Liability, and Damages

[Your New Company Name] is not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by Community members. If one of our employees posts a comment or answers a question, it is done selectively and is not an official endorsement or recommendation of any product.

Any inaccurate or misleading content can be reported to us. We will investigate at our discretion. However, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information shared in the Community. We are not liable for any damages that arise from following advice or using information posted by other members.
