Free Delivery within Germany
We offer free delivery for orders over €30 to any address within Germany. All products in stock at our warehouse are shipped via DHL. For orders below €30, we charge a shipping fee of €3.
Why do we charge shipping for smaller orders?
Shipping costs for small orders tend to be higher due to logistical expenses. By adding a small shipping fee to these orders, we are able to maintain competitive prices on affordable products.
Example: If a customer orders a ballpoint pen for €1.70, the shipping and handling costs would far exceed our profit margin. Without this shipping fee, we would need to increase the price of the pen.
Order by 1 p.m. and Receive Your Delivery Tomorrow
For all items in stock at our warehouse, orders placed by 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day and are typically delivered by the next business day (~85% of orders), including Saturdays. Product availability is updated in real-time for your convenience.
Free Saturday Delivery
Orders placed by 1 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Saturday, provided the product is in stock at our logistics center. Product availability is updated in real-time for each item. Please note that large cargo items (over the size of a standard parcel) are not included in this service.
Pallets and Bulky Items Over 31.5 kg
Heavy or bulky items are delivered directly to your location by a haulage company. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time. If they are unable to reach you by phone, you will receive an email asking you to get in touch with them to schedule the delivery.
International Delivery
Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within Germany. We do not ship to other countries at this time. Should this change in the future, we will make a formal announcement on our website.
Transport Damage
We take great care in packaging our orders to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if any item is damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist you.
You can report any damage directly here or contact us easily via our customer service page. To process the claim, we’ll need the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
- Photos of the damage and packaging
Once we receive your message, we will review the case and inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.
Collection from a DHL Packstation
If your order is being shipped directly from our warehouse and the items are not large appliances, you can choose to have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation of your choice. For more details on how to use this service, please visit our website.
